The Marketplace of Shuka, which opened on the same day that Kouran was marching through Shuka with the Dragon's Eye. Ibuki, Mashiro and Kai had went there to do some simple shoppping for the Orphanage before encountering Kouran's 5000 Troop Army led by Lady Koukaku and subsequently led to Ibuki forming a contract with the Red Dragon.
