Shuka (シュカ）, is one of several provinces of Nil Kamui, specifically it is the central northern province, it contains multiple locations of importance to the story such as the Orphanage, also it contains a Marketplace, Business District, Naval Port and had a Revolutionary Army HQ within it's territory.
