Inori (祝ノリ) is the main antagonist of the anime series Chaos Dragon: Sekiryuu Seneki. She is Ibuki's twin sister, as well another Kotoushu/Imperial and heir to Nil Kamui.

Completely insane. She thought that the Red Dragon went on a rampage for her, but she was the one who made the Red Dragon angered.
Plot[]
She suddenly appeared and was guarded by Donatia. It's revealed that Inori was saved by Agito after the Imperial Palace was burnt down (of which she was the cause after forming a contract with Red Dragon).
Abilities[]
As a Kotoushu, her power is that of revival, which means she can create Returned Ones at will, but only those she or her brother likes as in the case with Mashiro.
